Preliminary Explorationin of Talent-training Model of Control Engineers in Research Universities

Abstract

Exploration of talent-training model of control engineers in research universities is a reform project which comes from Quality Project of ministry of education.Based on the objective of cultivating control engineers and composite inovation engineering talents,an experimental class is set up,which consists of 3 specialities of automation,electrical engineering and automation,measuring and control technique and instrument.Exploration and innovation of talent-training model of control engineers is carried on in the experimental class.A illustration is given to the exploration about construction of experimental class,training program,industry-university-research cooperation,enhancement of engineering education,strengthening production practice and graduation design in Large-scale enterprise to find an effective way to cultivate modern engineers.
