Abstract

Based on the guidelines of outstanding engineers talent training and the field characteristics of logistics engineering,culture construction goal and idea of logistics engineering excellence engineers are determined through analysis of current higher education deficiency.This paper discusses how to construct and deepen the school-enterprise cooperation pattern and specific measures,combining the advantages of theory and experiment teaching and characteristics of enterprise practice application.
