Abstract

The characteristics of species composition,quantity distribution and biodiversity of macrobenthos in the sea area of Rizhao in September were analyzed. The results indicated that there were totally 35 species in the 2 investigated sites. Species of filose,mollusk and crustacean were the richest,and comprised about 91% of all species. The average biomass was very differently in 2 sites,respectively. The filose contributed to the biggest density,respectively. The Shannon-Wiener diversity index( H) and the evenness( J) were at a high level.
