Abstract

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of orthodontic traction treatment of post crown root fracture of anterior teeth after trauma. Method:Select the 30 broken ends of fractured anterior teeth in sub-gingival 3~5 mm,after perfect root canal treatment after two weeks by orthodontic traction after the operation, repair of post crown. By using the method of clinical examination on orthodontic and loose teeth, gingival morphology and periodontal status were compared, and the changes before and after orthodontic patients with bone mineral density cusp root was observed by x-ray. Result:30 teeth by orthodontic traction after post crown, gum had no inflammation, coordinated with the adjacent teeth,X-ray showed no obvious absorption of alveolar crest, good restoration effect. Conclusion:This method of traumatic anterior teeth broken end located 3~5 mm sub-gingival retention achieved good clinical results.
