Orthodontic traction combined crown before treatment subgingival tooth fracture in 23 cases

Objective To investigate the anterior subgingival tooth orthodontic traction method and clinical effect of combined treatment of post crown. Methods Retrospective analysis of 23 cases(24) of anterior subgingival teeth fracture in patients with clinical data from 2010 April to 2012 November in our hospital after orthodontic traction Combined crown before treatment. Results After orthodontic treatment for the teeth broken end reached the gingival margin on the 1mm, the average bite to mobile 2.5mm, alveolar bone density residual tooth apical area basically normal; crown six months after the review, the outcome was excellent in 14 cases(15),good in 8 cases(8),poor in 1 cases(1teeth),the excellent and good rate was 95.7%. Conclusion Orthodontic traction combined with post crown restoration of anterior subgingival teeth fracture treatment while avoiding damage adjacent teeth retain the natural root,beautiful appearance and good function recovery,simple operation, patient compliance is good, worthy of clinical application.
