Abstract
Based on the Territorial Tourism System, the author of this paper made a primary study on the territorial tourism system of Henan Province. This analysis will provide basic grounding knowledge for sustainable development of Henan tourism. Synchronously, this paper also gave some references for other regions to develop the local tourism.
