Abstract
Objective To explore the eye irritation of Labrasol in different concentrations in rabbits and determine its safety extent. Methods Use Draize's scale to investigate the eye irritation of Labrasol in rabbits. Results It was found that Labrasol at concentrations of 0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,2.0% and 3.0% showed no eye irritations, while mild irritation at 5.0%. Conclusion The safety range of labrasol in an eye preparation was 0.5% to 3.0%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
