Abstract
This paper aims at helping firms to define the reasonable motivation by view of sustainable development strategy. Only when the firms implement MA by constructing and cultivating their core competency, can the new organic bodies integrate effectively. Then, the new bodies can realize the coordinate and sustainable development. By analyzing the relation between MA and construction and cultivation of core competency, the paper presents an overall framework of models of MA based upon the firms' core competencies. Then, it discusses the concrete models of MA, namely managing capability based core competency, marketing capability based core competency, technovation capability based core competency, culture power based core competency.
