Abstract

Current problems in teaching management are analyzed with the proposal of establishing a people-oriented management philosophy,which is embodying the basic values of modern education and education reform and development of the fundamental requirements.what also analyzed is the importance to establish the model of people-oriented management,with the proposal that university should strive to implement the scientific concept of development,adhere to the people first construction and reasonable teaching innovation management.
