Consideration on the People-oriented Management Model in Colleges and Universities

This paper holds that teaching administration should stick to people-oriented,update the management concept,foster new thoughts,probe the new contents,and develop new modes to promote students' overall quality,and administrators of modern college must put college students as first and all aspects should be embodied in people-oriented in administrative work.
