Comparative Analysis on High-level Difficult Vault Event of World Elite Women Gymnast——Discussion on Strength Pattern of Women Vault Event in 2012 London Olympic Games

By the methods of literature review,observation of videos and mathematical statistics,this paper discusses and analyzes the vault movement of women elite gymnast in the 29th Olympic Games,41th Artistic Gymnastics World Championship,41th Artistic Gymnastics World Championship and 11th the National Games.The result showed that 1) Event's types of foreign women vault gymnasts included mainly round off class and front handspring,but Chinese women's vault gymnasts balanced development among round off kind,front handspring and side handspring;2) The highest difficulty of movement and action quality of Chinese gymnasts were not as good as those of foreign gymnasts;3) Chinese gymnasts will have advantages in 2012 Olympic Games,but the United States and Russia's also cannot be ignored.The most important is that personal advantage of Chinese gymnast is weakened gradually,and overall strength still needs to improve.
