Abstract
Objective:To set up a method for the Determination of camphor,menthol,synthetic borneol in SheXiangShuHuoJing.Method: camphor,menthol,synthetic borneol was determined by GC.A capillary column PEG-20M(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm)was used,FID detector.Result: camphor,menthol,synthetic borneol presented a good linear correlation within a range of 0.110~1.100μg、0.030~0.300μg、0.080~0.800μg.The average recovery of camphor,menthol and synthetic borneol was 99.81%(RSD=1.53%),99.84%(RSD=1.32%),100.20%(RSD=0.52%).Conclusion:This method is simple,reliable and good repeatability.
