Abstract
Objective To study the effects of intravenous metoprolol for treatment of acute myocardial infarction in safety and efficacy. Methods 33 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction, the exclusion of severe hypotension, severe heart beat bradycardia, atrioventricular block and cardiogenic shock,to the 3 times he le g injection slow intravenous injection, each branch of 5 mg,15 mg,5 min interval, heart rate, blood pressure, heart function, value of the sum of ST segment carried within 1 weeks, chest pain and malignant arrhythmia, sudden cardiac death, recurrent myocardial infarction; Results intravenous metoprolol g,blood pressure, heart rate and systolic blood pressure and heart rate(SBP HR product),chest pain score decreased significantly, while ST segment elevation myocardial infarction related to the sum of the values(and ST) also decreased significantly, cardiac function without obvious decline,1 weeks without improvement of arrhythmias, sudden death, recurrent myocardial infarction; Conclusion Early intravenous metoprolol for G can be effective in preventing acute myocardial infarction occurring in patients with heart failure and prevention of sudden death, recurrent myocardial infarction.
