Abstract

Interpersonal Psychotherapy for depressed adolescents(IPT-A)is a method used in the treatment of depressed adolescents on the basis of Interpersonal Psychotherapy(IPT).With more than 10 years of development,IPT-A has formed an integrated system in client selection,therapeutic process,depression caused by interpersonal problems and treatment strategies.The efficacy of IPT-A has been tested by empirical studies.IPT-A has become one of the effective therapies for depressed adolescents.
