Study on the Training Mode of Innovative Talents In University English Teaching Reform

Abstract

The cultivation of innovative talents is one of the most important task of China's education reform. In the reform of College English teaching and further improve the training model of innovative talents,we should follow the principle of subjectivity,the principle of democracy,the principle of individuality,and practical principles. We should renew the teaching concept,strengthen the training of teachers,optimize curriculum setting and the application of diversified teaching method,improve the teaching evaluation system to carry on the discussion to the cultivation of innovative talents College English teaching model in several aspects.
