Consideration on the Construction of Teachers’ Professional Ethics in Colleges and Universities

Teachers’ ethics in colleges and universities is a norm to regulate the relations among the teachers,the students,the collective and the society and also a request the teachers’ behavior from the society,which plays an important role in the education and cultivation of the students.This paper analyses the connotation,features,function and the present status of the teachers’ professional ethics,and puts forward some effective measures to enhance the construction of teachers’ ethics in colleges and universities in the new situation.
