THE APPROACH TO CONSTRUCT PROFESSIONAL ETHICS OF YOUNG TEACHERS IN UNIVERSITY

Young teachers have become the major driving force for the sustainable development of colleges and universities,and the construction of the young teachers' professional ethics is related to the talent's quality and the comprehensive strength of the development of colleges and universities.Thus,it is of great significance to strengthen the construction of the young teachers' professional ethics in colleges and universities.In the light of the current situation,there are still some problems in the construction of the young teachers' professional ethics in colleges.Therefore,we must make vigorous efforts to address both the symptoms and the root of the problem with special emphasis on strengthening the construction of the young teachers professional ethics in colleges and universities with a multi-pronged strategy.
