Abstract
A mixed flows optimizing control simulation model was built based on traffic control theory.Then,the mixed flows control simulation platform was built in the intersection by VB.Vc++ was chosen as the tools for the second simulation development and parameter correction to microscopic traffic simulation software Vissim.Gene-chaos hybrid optimization method was used to realize optimized calculation through MATLAB.With an example of Xiaodongmen intersection between Zhongshan Road and Yanzi Road,the intersection signals were designed and simulated.It proves that this microscopic simulation system is practical.
