Dynamic Simulation and Implementation of Mixed Traffic Flow at Urban Road Intersection Based on Multi-Agent

Abstract

By analyzing the dynamic behavioral characteristics of motor vehicles and bicycles at urban road intersection,the micro-behavior models of mixed traffic flow at intersection were established,the dynamic parallel simulation algorithm for mixed traffic at intersection based on Multi-Agent system was presented,the Agent class functions for motor vehicles and bicycles were constructed,and the dynamic behavioral characteristics of mixed traffic flow at intersection were reproduced by computer simulation.These models were validated separately with field data and simulation results.The research results have solved the problem that dynamic behavioral characteristics of mixed traffic flow cannot be simulated by traditional simulation methods.At the same time,the research results provide a new simulation method to solve the traffic interference and congestion at road intersection in Chinese cities.
