Evaluation of county’s socio-economic development level in ecological-economic zone in Three Gorges reservoir area of Chongqing

Taken the socio-economic development level of ecological-economic zone in the Three Gorges reservoir area of Chongqing as the research object,using the principal component analysis and K-Means clustering analysis,analysed the urban and rural areas integration process in the region by quantitative method,to draw difference level of the districts,and a simply analyses the causes and the countermeasures of development.The resulted showed that: overall the region the level of socioeconomic development was low,relatively divided into three categories,such as high,medium and low.Therefore,in the future should strengthen the economic development and infrastructure construction,speed up the planning of urban and rural construction,raise the level of urbanization.
