Discussion of Specific Regularity between Acupoints and Organs Based on Different Influence to EGG Electrointestinogram by Acupuncture in Acupoints of Different 12 Meridians of Healthy Adults

Objective:To observe the effect on EGG,electrointestinogram of health people by acupuncture in acupoints of different meridians and to analyze the specific regularity between meridians,acupoints and organs.Methods:While acupuncture in acupoints of 12 different meridians to 30 health peoples,MP150 was used to record EGG,electrointestinogram.To analyze different influence to amplitude and frequency of gastric slow wave and electrointestinogram.Results:Amplitude of EGG and electrointestinogram ascended after acupuncture in Zusanli,Yanglao,Quchi. The motional rhythm of stomach and intestine was regulated by acupuncture in Zuanli,Yanglao,Tongli,Neiguan,Yinlingquan. Some acupoints such as Quchi,Taichong,Waiguan,Zusanli,Yinlingquan,Yanglao,seemed correlated to stomach. Some acupoints such as Tongli,Yanglingquan,Yinlingquan,Yanglao,seemed correlated to intestine. Some acupoints such as Yinlingquan,Yanglao seemed correlated to stomach and intestine.Conclusion:The specific regularity between Acupoints and Organs was that different meridians control an organ simultaneously and that one meridian control different organs simultaneously.
