Abstract

According to risk perception theory, the impact of consumers' communication behaviors on the risk avoidance behaviors under the food risk perception is investigated through empirical research. It is discovered that nowadays consumers in China are all worried about the food risk and their communication behaviors under the food risk perception are active, and those behaviors are more accurate to predict the consumers' risk avoidance behaviors than the risk perception itself.
