Abstract

Objective To compare the effects of propofol-ketamine combination microinjection pump in child total intravenous anesthesia and ketamine alone.Methods Fifty children were randomly divided into group A(propofol-ketamine combination anesthesia,25 cases) and group B(ketamine anesthesia,25 cases).The change of HR,BP,SpO2 before operation and during skin incision,operation and skin sutures were recorded respectively,and the side effects during operation and recovery time were observed.Results The changes of HR,BP,SpO2 during operation in group A were more obvious than those in group B(P0.05) and there was less side effects in group A.Conclusion Propofol-ketamine combination microinjection pump total intravenous anesthesia in children is a safe,effective and convenient method and it is better than the method of ketamine anesthesia.
