The application of propofol-ketamine combination microinjection pump to children intravenous anesthesia

Abstract

Objective To compare the effection of child propofol-ketamine combination microinjection pump intravenously anesthesia with interval intravenously added propofol-ketamine anesthesia.Methods Sixty child were randomly divided into groud A(propofol-ketamine combination microinjection pump intravenous anesthesia,n=30) and group B(interval intravenous added propofol-ketamine combination anesthesia,n=30).The operating time and the dose of propofol and ketamine of two groups were recorded respectively.The change of HR,BP,SpO2 before operation and during skin incision,exploration and skin sutures after medicine,and the side effect during operation and recovery time were observed.Result The doses of group A were less than those of group B(P0.05).The changes of HR,BP,SpO2 during operation in group A were obviously than in group B(P0.05) and there was less side effect in group A.Conclusion Propofol-ketamine combination microinjection pump intravenous anesthesia in children is a safty,effective and convenient method and it is better than the method of interval intravenously added propofol-ketamine combination anesthesia.
