Establishment of Harmonious Society And Reform of Finance and Taxation

The idea of establishment of harmonious society advanced by the Fourth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Party makes new demands for a new round of finance and faxation reform,coordinating economy with social development,increasing investment in such public fields as education,public health and technology,coordinating urban as well as rural development demands,coordinating district development demand,coordinating harmonious development between man and nature so as to set up a harmonious society in near future in China.
