Challenge of the Construction of a Harmonious Society to the Reform of Chinese Government

Construction of a harmonious society demands reasonable and scientific economic,administrative and political systems,structures and mechanisms and according to current social conflicts,the latter is more essential.Therefore,the reform and innovation should be a project combining micro innovation with macro reform,including both administrative reform and political reform and taking into consideration both the innovation of the Party's leadership system and government administration restructuring.Only by this can the goal of developing a harmonious society be achieved as scheduled.
