Abstract
Objective To observe the influence of the remote home rehabilitation guidance on daily living activities among recovery patients after cerebral infarction. Methods Ninety-one cerebral infarction patients of recovery stage discharged from our hospital were randomly divided into the control and the rehabilitation group.Patients in the rehabilitation group accepted remote rehabilitation guide, while patients in the control group underwent rehabilitation training according to the oral rehabilitation guidance right before discharge.Comparison of Barthel index between the two groups were analyzed both at discharge and 3 months later. Results No statistically significant differences in Barthel scores between the two groups were noted at discharge(P0.05).At the end of the 3rd month,Barthel scores in both groups were remarkbaly elevated(P0.05),with the rehabilitation group higher than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Remote home rehabilitation guidance for recovery of daily living activities among post-cerebral infarction patients exhibits innegligible promoting effects.
