Exploration on Combining Teaching with Production and Research to Train Senior Practical Personnel

Combining teaching with production and research has become a school running model and tendency in training practical personnel in higher vocational education.Certain achievements have been made and experience accumulated in this aspect at the authors ,college in recent years.They have practiced and explored in opening up talent training schemes to establish a teaching production research combined teaching model,and in constructing the teaching production cooperated education mechanism to implement a cooperated education.
