Exploration of the Construction Problem of Teaching Staff for Higher Engineering Education Based on the Cooperation of Production-Teaching-Research

Abstract

The higher engineering college is responsible for training higher engineering talents for our country.As the subject of higher engineering education,engineering teachers lack practical ability sand thus influence the engineering talents training quality.The cooperation of production-teaching-research can promote the teachers' practical ability and scientific research ability.Under the model of cooperation of production-teaching-research,this paper discusses the new problems in teaching staff construction and proposes effective approaches for enhancing teaching staff construction.
