Abstract
Objective:To study the effects of sodium fluoride on prolife ration activity of cultivated osteoblasts of mouse in vitro.Method:MTT colorimetry was used to detect osteoblasts proliferation activities. Results:Sodium fluoride significantly increased osteoblasts proliferation activities in certain range(2.5,5.0 mg/L) and at certain time(the second day),Afterwards the proliferation activity of osteoblast was decreased along with the time of culture and the increasa of doses of sodium fluoride(≥20 mg/L).Conclusions:Sodium fluoride has two-phase effection proliferation of osteoblast,At low doses it promoted while at high doses it had a negative effects.
