Abstract
Introduction was made to the two sets of main transformer fault tripping basic situation in certain 220 kV substation due to the equipment fault of direct power purchaser. Combined with the onsite equipment, this paper analyzed and explained the causes of main transformer protection action, raising the corresponding anti-accident measures. Requirements were made to strengthen user equipment supervision and to set down objective protection set value adjustment plan, which provides safe and stable operation for equipment.
