Abstract

Corn germ oil was extracted by bi-enzymatic hydrolysis. The main factors such as pretreatment technique for raw material, enzyme species, amount of enzyme, temperature,PH value, and time which influence the extraction yield of oil were studied. The result indicated that the optimum parameters were: the powder size smaller then 60 mesh, heat moisture treatment for 10 min, cellulose and neutral protease as enzyme(w/w=4∶3) in 1%,temperature 50℃,pH4.0,time 4 h, the ratio of solid to liquid 1∶7,the extraction yield were 81.4%.
