Investigation and Research on the current situation Information Literacy of the Colleges and Universities P.E. Teachersin the Heilongjiang Province

Abstract
Heilongjiang Province,which has more than 25 colleges and universities that is not physical education profession to conduct research on the information literacy of physical education teacher is scanty.So I take the Heilongjiang Province colleges and universities as research object,making use of various researches method from the different angle,for the current situation of their information literacy to conduct an investigation and research for the current situation of information literacy,factors and how to develop.The results showed that colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province to be enhanced in physical education teachers'awareness of information,whose information knowledge and information capacity is poor in general.
