Abstract
The trend of trade secrets' international protection is increasingly obvious with the establishment of the Trips and other international conventions. On the other hand, because of the difference in the standard of worldwide trade secrets legislation, international protection of trade secrets is faced with many problems in the future. China should pay more attention to connecting domestic trade secrets legislation with international standard and innovating the legislative system of trade secrets on the basis of fundamental realities of the country.
