Abstract

Laboratory technicians play a significant role in higher education. Strengthening the building of laboratory technicians is an essential part in the staff training of higher education institutions. This paper puts forward some measures to strengthen the building of the laboratory technicians and enhance their quality. The measures are expected to help build a group of high- level and high- quality laboratory technicians.
