Abstract

Laboratory technicians play a significant role in higher education.Strengthening laboratory technicians construction is an essential part in the staff training of higher education institutions.The investigating report is analyzed aiming at the circumstances and problems of lab staffs construction in Shandong agriculture university,The article puts forward the suggestion to strengthen the lab staffs construction and summarizes the marked achievement in laboratory construction in our university.
