There are always different views on the nature of forms of tort liability of product liability in the academia.With regard to this issue,Tort Liability Law has copied the relevant provisions of Product Quality Law basically.Based on the systematical interpretation of Tort Liability Law,it can be concluded that the liability the producer and the seller bear is not joint and several liability or unreal joint and several liability,not to mention shared liability or supplementary liability.Unreal joint and several liabilities should be the exact nature of forms of tort liability of product liability,which will be clear by means of amending relevant provisions.
