China's rural sports development strategy plan under the background of new rural construction

Through the literature review,induction,field survey and mathematical statistics methods,and with the new rural construction as the turning point,the paper elaborated the advantage factors and various constraints of structural elements that China faces in developing its rural sports.with the urbanlization of village construction and de-differentiation of urban and rural cultural practices,rural sports lacking of physical culture consciousness system supporting is gradually marginalized.Studies suggest that China's rural sports development blueprint be drawn from a new point of view and the new mechanism for supplying basic rural sports resources be explored tentatively.Moreover,both competitive sports and mass sports should be promoted and digital rural sports project should be constructed to realize the orderly development of rural sports.
