Abstract
Objective In order to study the using value of CTNI(Cardiac Troponin I)and hs-CRP(High Sensitivity C-Reaction Protein)in ACS(Acute Crown-arteries Syndrom)clinical types and danger stratification,We detected CTNI and hs-CRP levels in the serum of ACS patients in coronary heart disease.Methods With ELISA and Immune Nephelometry,we detected the level changes of CTNI and hs-CRP in 139 ACS patients serum samples(divided into AMI Group and UA Group,AMI-Acute Myocardial Infarction UA-Unstable Angina Pectoris)and 107 comparative serum samples(Healthy people Group).Results We found that the value of CTNI in AMI Group is much higher than UA Group and Comparison Group(P0.05),there is no remarkable difference between UA Group and Comparison Group in CTNI detections(P0.05).But we found obvious difference among AMI Group,UA Group and Comparison Group in the comparative detection of hs-CRP(P0.05).Conclusion With hs-CRP detection,CTNI detection is valuable in diagnosis of AMI.Especially in ACS with the same clinical symptoms,CTNI detection shows great diagnose value in the clinical typing of AMI and UA patients.
