Abstract
Objective:To investigate cTnI joint hs-CRP detection and diagnosis of AMI clinical application value.Method:134 AMI patients from 2009 February to 2012 year in December in our hospital diagnosed cases(AMI group),120 cases of normal adult healthy(control group),compared two groups of cTnI,hs-CRP level.Result:Group AMI attack in different periods, the detection rate of hs-CRP in cTnI were significantly higher than those of control group( P 0.01).Among them, the detection rate of cTnI in attack detection rate of 12-24 h reached peak(100%);hs-CRP peak in the attack of 8-12 h(100%).The specificity of AMI cTnI,hs-CRP diagnosis were 98.51%,87.31%.Conclusion:Serum cTnI joint hs-CRP detection can be used as AMI early diagnosis and prediction of a sensitive and specific indicators.
