A Study on the Cause of the Thriving of Shuihu Opera in Yuan Dynasty

Abstract
A series of shuihu stories which had happened in the end of Song Dynasty prospered in the Yuan Zaju,the main reason is as follows: dark rule was serious within the Yuan government officials and the common people longed for justice;people changed their thinking of hero,they had their own judgment for figures;shuihu heroes,such as Song Jiang were the best selection for audience and authors.
