Abstract

The contents of endogenous 3-Indolyl-acetic acid(IAA) and Abscisic acid(ABA) in the differentiation of adventitious root in vitro of Minaretie and Russell Prize were determined by Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The relevance between the contents of IAA and ABA and rooting was summed up,which provide a theoretical basis for its micropropagation and industrial production.The results showed:(1)The curve of IAA content had one single peak and its trend was higher-lower-higher;(2)ABA content was declining during the phase of adventitious root formation and reaching a minimum;(3)IAA content was positively correlated with the root index,while ABA content was negative correlation with the root index.IAA and ABA together affected rooting.
