Analysis of college students' innovation ability connotation from the perspective of talent training

Abstract
From the perspective of personnel training in Colleges and universities,the innovation ability of college students is composed of innovation thinking,innovation quality,theoretical knowledge and practical ability. At the same time,the innovation ability of college students changes with the elements of dynamic change,which can be divided into three levels of basic innovation ability,professional innovation ability and comprehensive innovation ability.
