Abstract

Materials management is an important,marginal,fundamental and comprehensive management task.How to enhance the materials flow management of power supply enterprise,especially for its integrated management has been always concerned very much.In connection with the present state and existing problems in materials flow management of regional(city) electric power supply enterprise,the modes of large-scale materials flow platform management and hierarchical management was raised.Its implementing plan and procedures were explained in detail as well.
