Abstract
The impact of low temperature treatments(-10―0 ℃) to disease index and lethal time of second instar larvae of root-knot nematode(Meloidogyne incognita) was studied with indoor culture techniques. The result showed that larvae of M.incognita were all dead when treated at-9 ℃ for 24 hours. The harm of the nematode larvae increased gradually with increasing temperature, and M.incognita was all killed after 32 days with-1 ℃ treatment. The research would provide data support for the control methods of M.incognita in greenhouse of Shaanxi Province.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
