Abstract

Thirteen title compounds were synthesized from acetoacetic ester,of which 10 derivatives were first studied. The structures of the compounds were characterized by IR,ESI-MS,1H NMR.The preliminary bioassays results showed that all compounds have differernt inhibition rates on plant pathogenic fungus mycelial growth at concentration of 200 mg/L and mk-1 gives special effect on Fusarium graminearum with 81.4% inhibitation rate at 200 mg/L.
