Abstract
The average station spacing is one important part in the planning and design of urban rail transit.Based on the analysis of generation mechanism in passenger travel process and the method of decision tree,the authors establish the optimal model with multi-mode combination based on minimum passenger total travel cost.It determines the optimal value of average station spacing in urban mass transit through the system critical value.In the end,the application of this model in average station spacing of urban mass transit is illuminated through a case study.
