Talk on Improving the Global Competitiveness of Agricultural Produce in China

Despite the good condition of expori, our agricultural produce doesn't have adequate global competitiveness. Furthermore, many western countries have adopted TBT to us, our agricultural produce are facing great pressure. In such circumstances, we must adopted effective measures to improve our global competitiveness and improve our export environment.
