Abstract
Gelatinase is one of the most important subtype of matrix metalloproteinase,including MMP2 and MMP9.In recent years,awareness of MMP2,MMP9 and their inhibitors have done a great deal of research to understand their physiological and pathological significance.At present,the fine structure and functional analysis of MMP-based MMP inhibitors designed have been widely applied in animal models of tumor metastasis as well as human cancer clinical researches.
