Abstract
By analyzing the property rights, the thesis indicates that it is a superior concept and the ownership is one of its expressions. The tense relationship between supply and demand caused by the rareness of resources results in the independent value of property rights against the ownership, which forms person's property of a corporation as a new type in the market economy by combining with the system of person. With the reform of state owned enterprises, the thesis makes research to the defects in the theory of legal person's property right and discusses the meaningfulness of affirmation of person's property of a corporation to the reform of state owned enterprises.
